KUALA LUMPUR, August 16 — Good Vibes Festival is pleading with ticket holders to help them with losses following the cancellation of the two days of the thee-day event.
This includes musical artists, installation artists, photographers, videographers along with the vast range of the festival suppliers and crews. The organiser offered ticket holders a few refund options to choose from which including an option to forfeit and convert their refund for GVF2024 or GVF2025 concert tickets along with a RM100 beverage voucher.
“We are deeply saddened by what happened and know it is important to present a refund mechanism to help offset the costs that many of you have faced.
