Gambling whistleblower and independent Kogarah candidate Troy Stolz is challenging Opposition Leader Chris Minns at the state election.
Mr Stolz wants punters to be forced to use gaming cards rather than cash at all venues across the state to prevent money laundering and problem gambling.
The Perrottet government is also pushing for mandatory cashless cards in poker machines but is facing resistance from Labor and ClubsNSW.
