China’s Foreign Minister Qin Gang could side with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov while Western nations will line up alongside the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Europe’s top diplomats.told reporters in New Delhi on Wednesday that Australia remains committed to ensuring that Russia remains accountable for its illegal and immoral invasion of Ukraine.

India does not want Ukraine to dominate the event, but it will be top of the agenda, said the official. It is New Delhi’s “intention to continue playing the voice of the Global South and raising issues pertinent to the region”, the official added.
