Ranisha Clarke is a big fan of getting her steps in. She considers sitting meetings more appropriate when working through something “structured” like a report or presentation.for her in many other settings, including catch-ups with peers to discuss opportunities for collaboration, and one-on-one meetings with direct reports to discuss their workload pressures or career aspirations.
She says taking our meetings outside is a “great idea” because walking enhances our creativity and exposure to nature restores our attention.
