FTX learned that Kroll, the claims agent in the bankruptcy, experienced a cybersecurity incident that compromised non-sensitive customer data of certain claimants in the pending bankruptcy case.Kroll indicated that an unauthorized third party had gained control of a mobile phone number linked to an employee. That number was used to access files in the company’s cloud-based systems.
