On Friday, April 14, at approximately 10:45 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Bloor Street West and Concord Avenue area.
When they arrived, they found a 24-year-old man who had been shot. Although life-saving measures were performed, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.On Thursday, four men were arrested in relation to this homicide. Duan Julien, 24, Deniell McKenzie, 21, Daniel Lara-Orellana, 25, and Matthew Phillips-Downey, 23, all of Toronto, are charged with second degree murder.
