THE Sandiganbayan has dismissed the graft and falsification charges against former Vice President Jejomar Binay, his son, former Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr., and several others in relation to the alleged discrepancies in the construction of the Makati City Science High School building from 2007 to 2013.
The anti-graft court orders the return of the bail bonds posted by the accused as well as the lifting of the hold departure order issued against them.The older Binay also served as the city’s mayor from 2001 to 2010 and was succeeded by his son, Junjun.
