Former NRL star turned professional boxer Paul Gallen insists he did not throw any punches during a wild pub brawl that broke out while he was on holiday on the NSW south coast. Gallen was seen in a tussle with three other men, but claims no punches were thrown.

During the scuffle Levy could be heard trying to defuse the situation yelling at Gallen “Stop it. Enough, enough. Gal, stop.” About three large men were holding onto Gallen trying to stop him fighting but as a former professional athlete he threw them off balance and they all fell to the ground hitting some chairs and a bar table on the way.
Gallen told the Daily Mail the footage shared by the publication “does not accurately depict the full set of circumstances which included me being struck first”.
