Cooper was arrested Wednesday with assistance from the Toronto Police Service after an investigation was begun by Ottawa police in April 2022, the release said.Article content• two counts of sexual interference with a person under 16;• three counts of unlawful possession of child pornography;• one count of harassment by repeated communication with person.
The organization followed its discipline and complaint policy, the post said. Cooper was placed under immediate interim suspension from all activities while police conducted their investigation.
