"I spent the last 10 years doing my electrical trade and that just allowed me to follow my passion and juggle the two," he says. "Then, this year, I got the opportunity to actually quit my job and do this full time, and I think the results sort of show for themselves really."Ross has already won a number of medals and trophies, although his most recent triumph is one he won't be forgetting any time soon.
"Mid last year I did a cash roll off a flat drop, which is the first time that's ever been done," he says. "So, think of a 4-metre drop off your balcony, say, and then landing down on a landing doing front flip 360, basically." "I think it's a huge step for the community, and Australia in general, to see something of that calibre here."
