“That report is not complimentary in any sense to her,” Foster told Postmedia from his home in Red Deer. He suggested the Crown should consider investigating the matter further, and said he thinks a criminal obstruction of justice charge may be warranted. “ had to approach this through a lens of ethics law, and if you approach this through a lens of criminal law you may well conclude that there’s the possibility of a serious criminal offence having occurred.”
