ISKANDAR PUTERI: Forest City bakal menerima pelaburan berjumlah RM4.73 bilion menerusi pembinaan projek Bandar Budaya Korea pertama di Malaysia dengan sasaran 10 juta pelancong setahun.
Pengarah Eksekutif Country Garden Pacificview Sdn. Bhd. , Datuk Md. Othman Yusof berkata, pelaburan itu akan dibawa masuk oleh firma pelaburan terkemuka Korea Selatan, GG56 Korea Limited .
“Projek ini bakal menyaksikan ‘Bandar Budaya Korea’ pertama dibangunkan dalam negara. Selain mewujudkan impak ekonomi positif bagi pasaran tempatan, ia juga bakal memberi manfaat kepada penduduk setempat. Yang turut hadir, Pengarah Eksekutif CGPV, Datuk Dr. Daing A. Malek Daing A. Rahaman; Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif GG56, Kim Young Kun dan Pengarah GG56, Lee Dong Hyun.
“Sejak pengumuman itu dibuat, kita telah mendapat banyak pertanyaan tentang Forest City, ini menunjukkan pertambahan minat bagi kawasan hartanah ini,” jelasnya.
