A 48-year old newspaper vendor was arrested under child protection laws after he allegedly molested a 13-year-old girl.
PETALING JAYA: A foreigner has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 13-year old girl in December last year.Ampang Jaya police chief Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the suspect had entered the victim’s house at 7am before proceeding to the girl’s room. “The suspect then groped her body, hands, and legs, and hugged her as well.
