After years of struggles due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the airline industry is back on its feet again as international travel returns to normal.

The company is none other than Singapore Airlines Ltd that’s based just south of the Causeway, recording an impressive net income of USD1.62 billion or RM7.38 billion for the year ended 31 March!, Singapore Airlines Ltd took the opportunity to reward their loyal staff, with eligible staff getting 8 months of bonus in recognition of their hard work and sacrifices during the pandemic.

The record profit was made possible thanks to healthy sales across all cabin classes, specifically by bookings to China, Japan and South Korea.
