However the process has now been made easier with part of the Bruce Highway, both northbound and southbound between Mackay and Proserpine, reopening.The people of Eungulla, two hours southwest of Proserpine, will have to wait a little longer for roads in their community to re-open.Williamson said based on current feedback it could be "days, maybe weeks" before traffic will be able to come up the Eungella range due to road slips.
