Removal of ice surface at Kopar Memorial Arena reveals deep divots in concrete; senior lacrosse league forced to move games
Arena staff who took the ice out at the aging downtown arena last week found a deep hole in one corner of the floor which forced postponement of the season-opening game in the Prince George Senior Lacrosse Association.
Tonight’s scheduled game between the Northland Nissan Assault and the Scamp Transport Devils has been moved from Kopar to Kin 1 . The league played two of its games last week in Quesnel and will be back there for games Wednesday and Thursday.
