JOHOR BARU: Flood victims may lodge a police report online to make their insurance claiming process smoother, says Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat.
He said the police’s e-Reporting website allows the public to lodge a police report without having to visit a police station physically.
Comm Kamarul Zaman added that they can then print the police report and attach it with their claims documents.
