JOHOR BARU: With the floods still affecting most parts of Johor, the state’s royal family has continued its mission to help victims along with the other government agencies.
On Sunday , Tunku Putera Johor Tunku Abu Bakar Al-Haj Ibni Sultan Ibrahim piloted one of three high-powered air boats - personal assets of Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar - to deliver assistance to victims in Muar.
“After that, the prince piloted the air boat to the Bukit Kepong temporary jetty before braving the floods to deliver food aid to the SK Bukit Kepong PPS which is accommodating 42 families. “Despite the pouring rain, Tunku Abu Bakar also took the time to survey the flood situation along the route,” said a statement on Sultan Ibrahim’s Facebook page.
