SINGAPORE: A recall has been issued for Everest Fish Curry Masala due to the presence of ethylene oxide at levels exceeding the permissible limit, said the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) on Thursday (Apr 18). Ethylene oxide is a pesticide not authorised for use in food, added SFA.

The affected products are made in India and weigh 50g, with a best-before date of September 2025. The recall is ongoing.
