A fire Friday night has caused significant damage to the clubhouse at the Waegwoltic Club in Halifax.
No one was at the property at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries.
Fire investigators were on scene Monday morning trying to determine a cause. The fire remains under investigation. Officials from the club could not be reached. A note on its web page said that due to the fire the power is off and some website services such as registration for programming or payment transactions may not work.
