It took her 12 years to be able to reach NTP alone, and still, she is just a rookie on it,' said Joan Mojdeh — proud mother of Jasmine. 'She had to go through each and every meet and many losses and victories along the way to gain the necessary experience to be worthy of being called a member of the National Team.'You might wonder why she spent so many years pursuing this. They don't get so much. Believe me, the privileges of being in the NTP are not as much.'I told her that for 12 years, she has been serving her purpose. I know she has inspired many in this country to be swimmers. She may have changed lives without even realizing it. So, that alone is something to be incredibly proud of.'To everyone who has helped her within those 12 years, thank you. You are all instrumental to her journey as an athlete. We all witness how from a cocoon she turned into a butterfly,' she ended
