FIFA boss Gianni Infantino has declared he will make a major request to countries across the globe to ensure 'that we in the world of football remember Pele forever'.
Thousands of Brazilians have travelled to the Vila Belmiro Stadium in Santos where Pele will lie in state for 24 hours after he died last week at the age of 82 following a battle with cancer.

Picture: Mario Tama/Getty Images “Because in 50 years in 100 years from now when children are asking, ‘who was Pele?’ Well they need to remember him all over the world in a place where you score goals, where you feel emotions… We need to make sure this happens.”
