The victim, Kohl Michael Beatty, was driving a 2007 Saturn VUE that was traveling southbound when he struck the back of a tri-axle coal truck that was moving “very slowly” due to a tree that was blocking the lane.
A 22-year-old man died in an early morning crash in Indiana County after colliding with a truck that was moving slowly because of a tree blocking part of the roadway, according to news sources.
It all happened Tuesday around 5:40 a.m., where fire crews were dispatched to the 2300 block of South 6th Street in White Township for a report of a tree and wires that were down on the roadway, but later received word of a crash that occurred in the same location.
