A former PwC partner and his wife have left their Toorak apartment to settle permanently in England, regretfully leaving behind a large collection of Australian art.

Betty Olsen was an artist who studied under George Bell and Max Meldrum. Like many artists, Olsen collected artworks by her peers.Kit Olsen was a master at Melbourne Grammar School and the couple later lived in Penang and Afghanistan, Paris and Sierra Leone when Kit was working for UNESCO.Kit and Betty Olsen died having not had children, and in 2001 David Caddy inherited the artworks they had collected during their marriage.
