Don’t be alarmed if you see armed soldiers at work around the main and north gates at 8 Wing Trenton tomorrow .
The base’s Auxiliary Security Force will be conducting a routine training exercise and the troops will be carrying rifles with no ammunition. It’s possible that passersby will also see incidents involving first aid and vehicles and people entering through the gates may be searched as part of the exercise.
