LOCAL silambam and kabadi associations are devastated by the exclusion of the two traditional Indian sports from the 2024 Sukma Games, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Malaysia Kabadi Sangam secretary, identified as Peter, said the two sports were included as exhibition events in the 2022 Sukma Games in Kuala Lumpur.
Peter said the exclusion of the sports, which are important to the Indian community, is hurtful and damaging to the image of the Games.> Police in Punjab, India, have arrested two bank employees for stealing half a billion rupees from customer accounts to fund online gambling, Makkal Osai reported.
