THE Malaysian Industrial Court has ordered the United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur to pay RM66,000 to a security guard over his unlawful dismissal 15 years ago. Industrial Court chairman Amrik Singh, in his ruling on April 27, said the embassy failed to provide evidence of misconduct against L. Subramaniam.
