Following her announcement, Grace said: “I can honestly tell you that behind the scenes, it’s now extremely tough to have self-love, and to be confident. It’s especially so with the influence of social media, the fast-paced lives we lead, and the insurmountable work stress we face. Depression and anxiety has become so common, so much so that it’s seen as ‘normal’. This phenomenon is very unhealthy, and it’s not something I wish to ignore.
