Funding for employees who have suffered harassment and discrimination
To address anti-racism, the budget proposed to provide $1.5 million over two years, starting in 2023-24, to the Privy Council Office to create a new Anti-Racism, Equity and Inclusion Secretariat, as well as an additional $25.4 million over five years, starting in 2023-24, and $0.6 million ongoing, to the Department of Canadian Heritage to support Canada’s Anti-Racism Strategy.Article content
