Parklife 2024 is almost upon us and the huge two-day event will feature plenty of music, good vibes and perhaps even some unpredictable Manchester weather.
READ MORE: Parklife travel advice issued as tens of thousands expected to make their way to Heaton Park this weekend The Parklife shuttle bus One of the most efficient ways to get directly from the festival site and back into the city centre will be with the ever popular Parklife shuttle bus. The bus provides a regular service between Manchester city centre from 10am and 4.30pm on Saturday and 11am to 4.30pm on Sunday, with return bus services from Heaton Park starting at 18:30 until late.
On Saturday and Sunday, trams will run every six minutes between Bury and Victoria, which will include Bowker Vale and Heaton Park stations, until 2am. Some Bury services will also go as far as Piccadilly until 1am. The route will be clearly marked and signposted, but if you want to head there, start off at Sheepfoot Lane and follow signs straight down Bury Old Road or Middleton Road , where you will eventually join Bury Old Road. From there, follow the signs along Cheetham Hill Road, where you eventually see Manchester city centre on the horizon.
