One person is dead after a fire broke out at a home in south Etobicoke Saturday night.

Crews are on the scene of a fatal house fire on Miles Road in Etobicoke on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024.

Firefighters located one person inside the burning home and rescued them. Toronto police said the resident had no vital signs and was pronounced dead at the scene.
