One of the nominees of the popular ACT-CIS Party-list–Rep. Jeffrey Soriano–has resigned as a congressman. But who will replace him?
Majority Leader and Zambonga City 2nd district Rep. Mannix Dalipe made the announcement during plenary session in the House of Representatives on Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 22.
“Mr. Speaker, I move that we accept the resignation of Rep. Jeffrey Soriano, and for the secretary-general to be instructed to drop from the roll of members of the House of Representatives, Rep. Soriano, effective immediately,” he added.
