JOHN'S, N.L. — Energy NL and the Canada Guyana Chamber of Commerce have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to increase market access for both parties.
The Canada Guyana Chamber of Commerce will also gain knowledge and access to the evolving Newfoundland and Labrador energy sector and the opportunities it provides.
