The doctor built the clinic in his front yard in February 2020, next door to the Belmore Medical Centre,Dr Jamal Rifi and staff from Belmore Medical vaccinated 120 Achieve Australia participants in one day against COVID-19."It was a place of education and informing the patient initially about COVID-19, then assessing, treating and providing vaccination, and the numbers speak for themselves.
