KUALA LUMPUR: The Metaltech and Automex exhibitions opens at the Malaysia International Trade and Convention Centre (Mitec), welcoming top global industry players from the machinery and automation industries for a week filled with gilt-laden business and networking opportunities.
The event, the biggest of its kind in Malaysia, showcase over 1,500 brands and companies from 13 countries, with more than 15,000 trade buyers and visitors from 40 countries and regions expected to attend.
In addition to being a gateway to discover new technologies, Metaltech and Automex is also a beacon for knowledge sharing. “To ensure global competitiveness, all modern sustainable manufacturing companies need to harness cutting-end new technology to optimise productivity and elevate operational efficiency to a new height, “says Informa Markets in Malaysia country general manager Gerard Leeuwenburgh.
Both Bosch Rexroth and Precision Machinery Research and Development Centre product launches also took place on Thursday.
