KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20 — “Mama, please take care of my children. I love you so much, take care,” were the last words of one of the victims in the plane crash near Bandar Elmina, Shah Alam, Selangor, Mohammad Taufiq Mohd Zaki, to his mother before departing for Langkawi last Wednesday.
Mohammad Taufiq, the special officer to Pelangai assemblyman Datuk Seri Johari Harun, who also perished in the incident, was laid to rest at about 1pm. Meanwhile, Mohammad Taufiq’s father, Mohd Zaki Abd Kadir, 69, said the deceased’s two children were admitted to the hospital due to influenza before he left for Langkawi.
