Opposition leader Anthony Albanese has also announced this afternoon that his deputy Richard Marles has tested positive for COVID-19.“I spoke to Richard, I wish him well. He will follow the health advice and self-isolate the next week,” Albanese said ahead of his Perth flight.

Albanese participated in breakfast television interviews on Friday morning but did not take part in the Labor press conference, which featured Chalmers and Kristina Keneally.
