Illegal drugs worth almost P800,000 were seized from eight suspected drug peddlers who were arrested during separate buy-bust operations in Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Zambales, report said Saturday, Jan. 14.

The confiscated evidence were nine pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 31.5 grams of shabu valued at P214,200, and marked P1,000 bill. Seized from the duo were 10 pieces of plastic sachets containing 68 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P442,000, and marked 1,000-peso bill.
