In late August, Global Affairs Canada updated its travel advisories website to warn Canadian 2SLGBTQI+ travellers visiting the U.S. that changing laws south of the border could put them in danger.
Charles Murphy, executive director of Quadrangle N.L., told SaltWire these policies are emboldening people with homophobic views.
