President Duterte on Tuesday said that he would stand by the data provided by the Philippine National Police (PNP) on the government’s drug war rather than listen to the ranting of human rights groups whose own anti-drugs war data he called “a lie.”
“We go by the official records of our agency. I am bound by the police report. Hindi man ako makahingi ng ibang police report ,” the President said.
“Kaya sabi ko mag-aaway talaga tayo ‘pag magkaharap tayo because I will make you account for something, you are accusing me of killing people,” he added. Buong bayan ‘yan, ano ang krimen nangyari ,” he added.
