An owner’s sale, the 3,315 sq ft unit has a guide price of $4.8 million, translating to $1,448 psf. Based on URA caveats, only two penthouse units have changed hands in the past two decades. The other owners have held on to their units since acquiring them from the developer in 2005 and 2007. In August 2021, a 6,028 sq ft penthouse unit was sold for nearly $7 million . Another penthouse, a 3,369 sq ft unit, was sold for $3.75 million in June 2019.
