JOHOR BARU: The local man and his female companion shown in a viral video allegedly engaging in an indecent act in a car have been remanded for two days.

The remand order, which starts Friday , was issued by Magistrate Noorfazlin Hamdan at the Johor Baru court complex earlier Friday.

On Thursday , police detained the two suspects for allegedly engaging in an indecent act at a car park. “The incident took place on Wednesday in a car park at Taman Kota Masai, Pasir Gudang at 3.03pm," he said in a statement.
