Duncan Train Station nabs first-place prize in historic restoration competition

After two months of neck-and-neck competition, the Duncan Train Station has come out on top — beating nine other historical sites all contending for a $50,000 renovation.According to the website, over 200,000 votes were placed. “Thank you to the competitors, and to the public who voted for these incredible heritage conservation projects,” reads a post on the competition’s page.CHEK Newsletter
