SPACE Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) led by billionaire Elon Musk is eyeing to launch the first gateway for its satellites in the Philippines before the term of President Rodrigo R. Duterte ends in June, according to DTI.

“SpaceX is setting up a business entity that will provide internet service through low earth orbit satellites and is targeting to launch the first gateway for their satellites before the end of the term of President Duterte,” the DTI said in a statement on Sunday.
