Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao, who is also the DSWD spokesman, said the WKG was open to all families and individuals in street situations and those experiencing involuntary hunger.She said individuals from diverse backgrounds found on streets were taken to the 'Pag-Abot' processing center for initial assistance through the WKG.
