A car and ute collided on Pine Lodge North Road, near Cosgrove-Lemnos Road, about 4.45pm last Wednesday.The 29-year-old man who was driving the ute was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the car, a 41-year-old Shepparton man, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries where he remains under police guard.He has been remanded and will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court in June.
