The man who was allegedly driving a car involved in a crash that killed a brother and sister in Sydney's south-west on the weekend has had his charges upgraded, as two more people are arrested in relation to the incident.Prosecutors have upgraded the charges against Johnson Kokozian to aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death.
Following Mr Kokozian's appearance, NSW Police confirmed two more people had been arrested in relation to the crash.And a 22-year-old woman, who the ABC understands is Mr Kokovian's partner, was arrested outside Liverpool Local Court after attending his court hearing and being walked by officers to the police station next door.Court documents show Mr Kokozian was allegedly driving more than 45 kilometres per hour over the speed limit at the time of the crash.
Paramedics treated Ms Kauffman and her brother Ernesto at the scene but they were not able to be revived.
