The Grammy Award-winning artist announced Monday he will perform at Scotiabank Arena on Oct. 5 and 7 as part of his highly anticipated “It’s All a Blur” tour with British-born rapper 21 Savage. Toronto is the final stop on the North American tour, which launches in Memphis on June 29 and includes engagements in Montreal, Vancouver and New York City.. While Toronto was on the list, it was the only city at the time with details yet to be announced.
The Monday press release, issued by Live Nation, confirmed the Canadian rapper’s Toronto dates while also announcing the concerts in New Orleans, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Miami and Atlanta, originally scheduled for June and July, will be delayed until September and October.Drake, born Aubrey Drake Graham, has released four albums since his last tour.
Tickets for Drake’s two shows at Scotiabank Arena go on sale this Friday, following presales beginning Wednesday.
