KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi congratulates the Broadcasting Department of Malaysia (RTM) on its 77th anniversary on Saturday (April 1).
He said that RTM, from the past until today, has remained relevant and prominent as a medium for delivering the national agenda in line with the broadcasting department's slogan,"Teman Setia Anda ".
"Personally, RTM is quite close to my heart, not to mention having been together once before. Despite stiff competition from commercial stations and the existence of new media, RTM remains prominent.
