The Department of Transportation (DOTr) in the Philippines assures that key infrastructure projects will continue despite funding challenges and right-of-way acquisitions. Despite the budget cut, Bautista emphasized that its impact on DOTr projects will be minimal, as the reduced funds were part of loan proceeds that the department can still access. He further stated that support from the Department of Budget and Management and development partners is secured to ensure continued loan provisions to the DOTr
